The Oyo State Sector Commander,
Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Mr Yusuf Salami yesterday revealed it had
recorded 277 deaths and 1,126 injured persons in 260 road accidents in the
state from January, 2015 to July, 2015.
Oyo-Ogbomoso-Ilorin and
Lagos-Ibadan expressway have been identified as places where many of the
accidents occurred. Non availability of Trailer parks and Road side clinics
also add up to this bizarre occurrence.
