14 medical experts from the State of Maryland, United States
of America have arrived and commenced a three-day free medical treatment for
the people of Oyo town and its environs ahead of the Oranyan Festival which
comes up on an annual basis in Oyo town. The co-coordinator of the 4th Oranyan
festival 2015 committee, Retired Archbishop Ayo Ladigbolu who briefed newsmen
on Monday in the palace on the festival said that 20 other volunteer medical
experts have joined their counterparts from America to ensure that the people
of the state were treated of various ailments.
Further
medical treatments and surgery are to be carried out for free to people in the
town as a $300,000 mobile hospital has been donated to the town by Dr. Anu Esuola through his company,
Community Dentistry on Wheels International based in Maryland ,USA.
