A certain Mr Olalekan Tajudeen
has been granted a go-ahead by a Customary court sitting in Mapo, Ibadan, to
end his marriage of four years to Modinat whom he filed a suit against for
allegedly starving him sexually.
The president of the court,
Ademola Odunade said that the bound of love no longer exist between the couple
and for the sake of peaceful coexistence, their marital status had to be
dissolved.
Modinaat however pleaded that she
still loves Tajudeen and that she had earlier explained a medical condition
which she operated to him. The court however stats that there is room for
appeal in the case of any dissatisfaction.
