A 31-year-old Idowu Ogundiwin has been
sentenced by an Ibadan Chief Magistrate Court sitting at Iyakanku, to a
three-week community service for stealing three rams valued at N125 000 on
Sallah day after he reportedly pleaded guilty to the charges.
The Prosecutor, Coporal Adeyemi Adenike told
the court that the accused with others still at large, conspired to commit the
offences, stating that Ogundiwin stole three rams valued at N125, 000 belonging
to one Mr. Muideen Ajelekan of SW3/368, Popo Yemoja, Oke-Ado, Ibadan and also a
sewing machine belonging to one Olawunmi Edward, worth N20,000.
