A Customary Court, Ibadan, Oyo State, on Thursday, dissolved the marriage between Nike and Segun Akingbade on account of incest between the man and his daughter.
Mr Ademola Odunade, President of the court sitting at Mapo said that in the interest of peaceful co-existence, the union between Nike and Segun had been terminated. Adding that Segun shall, therefore, pay a monthly feeding allowance of N10,000 for the upkeep of the four children in addition to being responsible for their education and other welfare.
Nike told the court that Segun was having carnal knowledge of their daughter who is also their first child and was caught red-handed by her own brother, Taiwo Adewale
