A former Commissioner for Environment and Habitat
in Oyo State, Honourable Olujide Adewale Lawrence has drawn the battle line
between him and the chieftains of the party as he has vowed not to withdraw his
case against Olusumbo Olugbemi aftermath the party’s primaries held early this
year.
Lawrence disclosed this during a meeting summoned
by the chieftains of the party at the Oluyole party secretariat prior to the
letter written to them by the State Party Secretariat asking the aggrieved
Lawrence to withdraw his case from the court.
In his argument against the party’s decision, the
former Commissioner said he cannot be a sacrificial lamb again having being
denied of his right twice, saying he was ready to fight for his mandate in
spite of threat by the party.
