Oyo State Police Command has
paraded 12 pipeline vandals and armed robbery suspects who specialized in
terrorizing residents and motorists of the Igbeti-Kishi area of the
state.
In the arrest of pipeline vandals,
the commissioner of Police said that the command arrested three suspects with
13 drums of premium motor spirit (PMS) along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
According to the Commissioner of Police Mr Leye Oyebade, “ the Oyo State Highway patrol accosted
two fuel laden Bedford buses and arrested the hoodlums who vandalized petroleum
pipelines at Bare village, off Ajanla along the expressway.”
