A man in Iseyin Oyo state, Ariyo
Sule, has asked a grade ‘C’ court sitting in the town to dissolve his marriage
of four years over his wife’s infidelity.
Ariyo claims that his wife, Mope,
who has two children for him started cheating on him shortly after losing his
job and he began to find it difficult to prove all family needs. He told the
court that his wife goes about sleeping with other men for money and other
material benefits.
The defendant who did not appear
in court however wrote a consent letter to the appeal for divorce.
