UI To Admit Only 3,700 Out Of 8,992

After the University of Ibadan released her Post-UTME yesterday Tuesday, the Deputy Vice Chancellor Administration, Pro Emilolorun Ayelari has said that a total of 19,268 candidates sat for the examination and 8,992 had up to 50%.

He added that the University would admit only 3,700 candidates into her 2015/2016 academic session because the National Universities Commission gave the institution a low quota this year. He however appealed to members of the public not to put pressure on the university’s members of staff for admition purposes as only the best candidates would be admitted.
