The Oyo State Governor, Senator Abiola Ajimobi in his
bid to ascertain his victory in the last gubernatorial election has called more
witnesses to defend a petition filed against him by Accord candidate, Senator
Rashidi Ladoja.
Counsel to Senator Ajimobi, Mr. Olumuyiwa Aduroja, SAN, while calling the witnesses tendered their Permanent Voter Cards as exhibits before the Tribunal and were cross-examined by counsel to the respondents, Chief Bayo.
The witnesses told the Tribunal that accreditations and voting were duly carried out in their respective Wards and Local Governments where they acted as collation agents for INEC.
